Las Dalias

During the San Carlos feast day, on 4 November 1954, the farmer and carpenter Joan Marí opened the doors of Las Dalias to hold a party attended by all the local peasants. What originally started as a roadside bar with a dance floor has grown over the years into a multicultural space, with concerts, art exhibitions and hippie gatherings.

It is now considered a true legend of Ibiza.

The market, well-known worldwide, is open every Saturday of the year, and between July and September, it is also open on Monday, Tuesday and Sunday evenings. They sell quality materials, Adlib fashion linens, other styles of garments, leather work, jewellery, arts and crafts, etc. In the gardens, there are different bars offering natural juices and cocktails, and several restaurants.
